Stuffed Grape Leaves

These stuffed, meaty grape leaves are perfect for any type of dinners. You can make them head of time and store in the fridge. Quick and Easy!!


You need...


🤤 1/2 lb ground pork

🤤 1/2 lb ground beef

🤤 1 large onion

🤤 1 green pepper

🤤 1/2 red pepper

🤤 1 cup brown rice

🤤 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

🤤 1 teaspoon of salt

🤤 1 teaspoon of black pepper

🤤 2 tablespoon of Hungarian paprika

🤤 jar of grape leaves

🤤 2 tablespoon of olive oil

🤤 Greek yogurt to garnish


1. In a skillet, heat up olive oil.

2. Preheat oven to 350.

3. Clean and dice peppers and onions

4. Place onions and peppers in skillet and cook.

5. Cook til the onions are translucent.

6. Once the onions are cooked place in a medium mixing bowl.

7. Stir in seasonings and rice.

8. Add meat. Stir and set aside.

9. Take apart grape leaves. 10. Line the bottom of the baking dish with a few leaves, helps it not to stick to the bottom.

11. Grab a leaf and add a little mixture in the middle.

12.Fold up sides and roll. Place in the baking dish.


13. Continue to all the mixture is gone. 14. Place a few leafs on top, this helps keep the rolls moist. 15. Bake for about 1 hour. But it depends on the size of the rolls.


Best served with Greek yogurt
