Homemade Chili

Because who doesn’t like a Comfy Meal when all this chaos is going down!

You need..

🍲 1 lb ground beef

🍲 2 white onions- diced

🍲 1 medium size red pepper - diced

🍲 1 tablespoon of olive oil

🍲 2 diced celery stalks

🍲 3 diced carrots

🍲 3 minced cloves of garlic

🍲 3 teaspoon of chili powder

🍲 8 cups of chicken, beef or vegetable stock

🍲 1 can of corn

🍲 3 can kidney beans

🍲 1 teaspoon of salt

🍲 1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper

1. Heat up a pan with olive oil on medium heat.

2. Add the ground beef, brown it.

3. Clean and chop: onions, pepper, celery and carrots. 4. Remove meat.

5. Add veggies and cook. Cook on low to medium heat, til veggies are soft.

6. Mince up garlic and add to pot. 7. Add meat back in.

8. Add seasonings, stir well.


9. Then add stock, let mixture come to a simmer.

10 After mixture simmering for 10 minutes, add corn and beans. 11. I like to let the soup cook for another 10 minutes so the flavors can marinate together.



Perfectly served with sour cream, chives and or cheese!
