Slightly sweet, baked salmon

Such a delicious way to eat salmon.

You need...

šŸ” 4 tablespoon of unsalted butter

šŸ” 3 tablespoon of honey

šŸ” 2 tablespoon of soy sauce

šŸ” 2 garlic cloves- minced

šŸ” 4-5 slices of fresh salmon

šŸ” 1 teaspoon of sea salt

šŸ” 1 teaspoon of black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. In a oven safe pot, melt butter on a stovetop.

3. Stir in honey and soy.

4. Mince and add garlic.

5. Add salmon, skin side down. I like to spoon some of the sauce on top of each slice.

6. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Cover and bake for about 15-20 minutes. This all depends on the size of salmon slices.


Serve with a slice of lemon on top!
