This dessert is definitely a mom win! I cheated and used a brownie mix, just to save some time. But who doesn’t like brownies, whip cream and strawberries?! And look how pretty it looks!!!!
You need...
🍓 1 box of brownie mix
🍓 2 cups of fresh strawberries
🍓 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
🍓 1/2 cup of powder sugar
🍓 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Bake brownies according to instructions in a baking pan.
2. Remove from oven and let it cool.
3. Crumble brownie and set aside.
4. Using an electric mister, beat whip cream until peaks start to form.
5. Slowly add sugar and vanilla.
6. Beat til peaks are fully formed. Set aside.
7. Wash and dry strawberries. Quarter strawberries and set aside.
8. Grab a clear serving dish.
9. Time to layer. I like to start out with a layer of brownies. Then whip cream and lastly strawberries.
Repeat. I like to garnish with a dusting of powder sugar!
