Who doesn’t like a easy cookie recipe? Need to whip something up for a bake sell or guest really quick, make this recipe!!! It’s definitely a crowd pleaser 🥳🥳🥳
You need ...
🥳 1/2 cup (1 stick) of softened butter
🥳 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
🥳 2 eggs
🥳 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
🥳 1 box of confetti cake mix
🥳 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350.
Using a hand mixer, whip butter and sugar for about 1 minute.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix til combined. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Using a spatula, mix in cake mix and flour. Make sure not to over mix- you want to make sure the cookies are fluffy and soft.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
Using a mini ice cream scooper, scoop the dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake 8-12 minutes, this depends on the size. I did smaller cookies, so they took 8 minutes To cook!
Serve as is or with some milk for the kiddies 🙃
