Shrimp Fettuccine

I love Everything pasta. Shrimp, cream and cheese is a perfect combination!

You need...

🍤 4 tablespoon of butter

🍤 pinch of salt + 1 teaspoon of salt

🍤 1 teaspoon of black pepper

🍤 1 lb of fettuccine noodles

🍤 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste

🍤 1 garlic clove minced

🍤 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

🍤 1 cup of heavy cream

🍤 1 lb of shrimp- peeled and deveined

🍤 1/2 cup of frozen peas

🍤 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese

1. Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat.

2. Bring a half pot of water to a boil for the noodles.

3.When butter in melted, add anchovy paste. 4. Stir til fully incorporated.

5. Add garlic and red pepper flakes.

6. Stir in the heavy cream.

7. Add shrimp to the sauce, let it come to a simmer.

8. Add the pinch of salt to boiling water and then add noodles.

9. Cook fully- mine took 12 minutes.

10. Add black pepper and one teaspoon of salt.

11. Add peas to sauce after the sauce has been simmering for about 6-7 mins. 12. Once noodles are done cooking, add to the sauce.

13. I like to let the flavors marinate all together for about 2 mins.If you need more sauce, add a 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

Serve with Parmesan cheese on top
