Potato Pancakes

You need...

🥔 1 bag of hash browns

🥔 2 eggs

🥔 1/2 teaspoon of salt

🥔 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper

🥔 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

🥔 1/2 to 1 cup of flour

🥔 1/2 cup of olive oil

1. Heat up olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat. 2. Drain hash browns, make sure to remove any extra liquid. Place in a medium size bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs.

4. Stir in salt, pepper and red pepper flakes in eggs bowl.

5.Add egg mixture to hash browns. Mix well.

6. The amount flour you add depends on how watery hash browns are. Start with 1/2 cup, stir.

7. Grab a handful and try to shape it in a disc form. If it hold shape then you don’t need to add anymore flour. If not, add another 1/2 cup.

8. Using 1/2 cup measuring cup, fill with mixture. Remove it and form a disc. This helps make sure each pancake is the same size. 9. Continue this process until mixture is gone.

10. Fry in skillet for 3-4 mins on each side.

Serve with ranch and/ or ketchup
