No Bake Lemon Pie

Need something quick for Mother’s Day or just because. This slightly tart with a hint of sweetnesses pie is perfect for any gathering.


You need...

🍋 store bought graham cracker crust- or make ur own

🍋 2 cups of sweetened condensed milk

🍋 2/3 cup Of fresh lemon juice


1. Grab your crust. — If your making your crust use a package of shortbread or graham crackers. Smash. Add a cup of melted butter. Combine.


2. Make the filling. Combine condensed milk and lemon juice.

3. Pour in pie crust.



4. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours.


Garnish however you want. I made a shortbread crumble but you can use whip cream.
