My version of Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies

Cosmic brownies remind me of my childhood, but I think this recipe might be a tab better. It’s AMAZING❤️

You need...

💥 2 stick of melted unsalted butter

💥 4 eggs

💥 2 cups of sugar

💥 1 cup of all purpose flour

💥 2/3 cup of cocoa powder

💥 splash of vanilla extract

💥 pinch of salt

1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Line and spray either a 8 by 8 baking dish or a muffin pan. I used a muffin pan, it’s just easier to serve.

3. Mix the slightly cooled butter and sugar together.

4. Add one egg at a time. Stir each time but make sure not to over mix. 5. Slowly add the rest of the ingredients until everything Is combined- make sure not to over Mix.

6. Pop it in the oven. Muffin pan Takes about 20- 25 minutes to cook depending on how big you made the brownie cups. Baking pan takes about 27-30 minutes. Just make sure you check them by inserting a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out clean then it’s cooked!

These are wonderful without the fudge icing. But sooo delicious with it!

Make sure to let brownies fully cool before icing them.

Grandma fudge icing

you need...

💥 6 tablespoon of unsalted Butter

💥 6 tablespoon of milk

💥 1 1/2 cup of granulated sugar

💥 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

💥 pinch of salt

💥 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. In a saucepan: mix butter, milk and sugar. 2. Bring to a boil- make sure to constantly stir. Boil mixture for 1 minute.

3. Remove from heat.

4. Add vanilla, salt and chocolate. Stir til combined.

When the mixture becomes shiny, it means it’s cooling ( cools super quick) and it will become hard to pour/frost.

5. Grab a spoon a scoop the chocolate icing over the brownies. Smear.

Garnish with sprinkles! Enjoy loves!
