Mini Cheeseburgers with a Hungarian Twist


you need...

🍔 1 lb of ground beef sirloin

🍔 1 medium yellow onion

🍔 1 green bell pepper

🍔 2 cloves of garlic

🍔 4 tablespoon of olive oil

🍔 1 teaspoon of salt

🍔 1 teaspoon of black pepper

🍔 1/2 teaspoon of Hungarian paprika

🍔 mini hamburger buns

🍔 cheese or whatever toppings you want


1. Heat up 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet on low/ medium heat.

2. Wash and dry pepper. Mince.

3. Mince onions and garlic.

4. Add onions, garlic and pepper to skillet and sauté til onion becomes translucent.

5. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

6. Carefully wipe skillet out and place back on burner.

7. Heat up the other 2 tablespoon of oil in the skillet.

8. Add meat and seasonings to the onion mixture In the bowl. Combine well.



9. Using a scooper or your hands make 12 mini burgers.

10. Carefully put sliders in the skillet.

12. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.




13. Cover a plate with paper towel. When removing burgers place on lined plate to absorb extra oil.


Add cheese or whatever you want to burgers. You can also set up buffet style with tons of toppings and let your guest go crazy!
