These crowd pleaser will leave your family in awe!

You need...

🥚 4 egg whites- room temperature

🥚 6 tablespoon of sugar

🥚 Splash of white vinegar

🥚 Pinch of salt

🥚 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar

🥚 Fresh fruit of your choice

🥚 1 tablespoon of powder sugar

1. Preheat oven to 200.

2.Using a electric mixer, beat all ingredients together (besides powder sugar and fruit) until it’s fluffy.

3. Spray a baking sheet and then line with parchment paper. Spray once more on top to ensure the meringue won’t stick.

4. Using a pipping bag, make little bowls.

4. Pop in the oven.

5. My bowls baked for 35 minutes but it’s size depending. You know the meringue are cooked when you touch it and doesn’t leave a print (it’s hard).

Let meringue cool completely before adding fruit in them. Dust with powder sugar.
