Mango Peach Cobbler

A new twist on old fashioned peach cobbler. The mango adds so much flavor! Definitely a crowd pleaser šŸ˜›

You need...

šŸ‘2 large mangos

šŸ‘3 peaches

šŸ‘1/4 of a cup of golden raisins

šŸ‘2 tablespoon of brown sugar

šŸ‘1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

šŸ‘Juice of 1/2 lemon about 1 tablespoon

Crumb topping

šŸ‘ 2/3 cups of flour

šŸ‘ 1/3 cup of sugar

šŸ‘ 4 tablespoon of melted butter

šŸ‘ 1/8 of sea salt


1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Peel mangos and chop. Make about half inch squares.

3. Wash and dry peaches. Chop peaches the same size as mangos.

4. Add rest of ingredients, stir well.

5. Place in a 9 in cake pan or whatever pan you like.



6. Make crumb topping: Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle over fruit.




Bake for 50 mins.

Perfectly served with homemade whip cream or ice cream
