I love this dessert. It’s light, airy, and decadent.

It’s perfect for a brunch, shower or a quick after supper sweet treat. .

You need ..

🍧2 egg whites

🍧1 carton of raspberries

🍧1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar

🍧3/4 cup of sugar

🍧 mint leaves to garnish

.

1. Rinse raspberries, carefully pat dry.

2. Put egg whites in a electric mixer bowl. Beat on high.

3. A few mins in, slow the mixer down. Add cream of tartar and sugar. 4. You want a fluffy, high peaks. Once your satisfied with the peaks, slowly add raspberries.

5. Beat til blended.

I served mine in champagne glasses, garnished with a mint leaf. And I must say this is toooo dieeee forrrrrr!!!!!
