Keto Pizza Bites

Following the keto diet? Craving pizza? Want to cut calories? .... Try these bad boys! So easy and so good!

You need...

🍕 1- pack of your favorite pepperoni

🍕 1/4 of a cup of pizza sauce

🍕 6 oz of mozzarella

🍕 fresh basil- optional

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Using a mini muffin pan, line each insert with three pepperonis. You wanna place the pepperonis into a cup shape. 3. Put it in the oven, til the pepperonis get crispy. For about 5 minutes.

4. Take it out of the oven and put a dollop of pizza sauce in the middle of each pepperoni cups.

5. Cut mozzarella into penny size pieces.

6. Place on top of the sauce.

7. Place back in the oven til cheese is melted, 5-7 Mins.

8. Sprinkle fresh minced basil on top!
