Hungarian Cabbage Pasta- Kaposztas Teszta

I used a few shortcuts but the flavor is just unbelievably good!

You need...

🄬 2- 16 oz bags of coleslaw mix with grated carrots

🄬 4 tablespoon of unsalted butter

🄬 2 tablespoon of olive oil

🄬 1/2 teaspoon of salt

🄬 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

🄬 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

🄬 8 oz of fettuccine noodles

1. Boil 4 cups of water.

2. In a skillet melt 2 oz of butter with olive oil.

3. Add coleslaw mixture to skillet and cook for 10 mins, constantly stirring.



4. Add a pinch of salt to boiling water then add pasta. Make sure to stir ever so often to make sure the pasta doesn’t stick to the pan.

5. Mine cooked for 10 mins.

6, Drain noodles and add to coleslaw mixture.

7. Add salt, pepper, pepper flakes and rest of butter, stir well


Perfectly served with toasted bread
