Hot pocket

.

.

My version of hot pockets. I like to know what I’m eating plus I like to hide some veggies in my meals.

.

.

Good way to get the youngsters to eat some healthy stuff. .

.

You will need....

🧀 2 Containers of crescent dough sheets.

🧀 1/4 of cup of your favorite pizza sauce.

🧀1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.

🧀1 egg.

🧀1/2 cup of spinach👉🏻 add whatever veggies you would like!

.

.

1. Preheat the oven to 350. Open the crescent rolls and place on a lightly flour counter.

2. Cut a line down the middle.

3. Split the Halves into three.

4. Brush some pizza sauce onto the individual cut pieces. But make sure to leave a little boarder.

5. Add spinach and/or what veggies you would like.

6. Sprinkle with cheese.

7. Close that bad boy up. You can make any shape you would like, I did triangles. Pinch the borders to make sure it’s completely closed all the way around.

8. Beat the egg in a bowl. Brush each “hot pocket” with the egg.

9. Bake in the oven. Mine cooked for 10 mins but this depends on size.

.

.

Serve with any dipping sauces!
