Decadent appetizer that is perfect for all types of gatherings.

You need...

🥒 1 large seedless cucumber

🥒 8 oz of cream cheese- room temperature

🥒 1/4 of red onion- minced

🥒 2 tablespoon of minced green onion

🥒 pinch of salt

🥒 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

🥒 4 oz smoked salmon

🥒 handful of fresh dill

1. Wash and dry cucumber. I like to use a peeler and make lines down the cucumber. Obviously that’s optional but I think it looks fancier. 2. Slice cucumber quarter of an inch. Place slices on a serving platter.

3. In a mixing bowl: mix cream cheese, salt, pepper, minced green onion and minced red onion.

4. I like to use a piping bag to place a little mixture on each cucumber. But you can also use a spoon, whatever works for you! You want to put a nice, heaping dollop neatly on each one.

5. Next, salmon. You can put as much as you want, I like to put a few shavings on each slice. No need to go over board. 6. I like to garnish with a little fresh dill to make it look pretty 😊

These cucumber smoked salmon bites will be the first to go... I promise you!!!!
