Crab Rangoons

Who knew these were So easy to make!!!

You need...

🦀 2 sheets of puff pastry

🦀 8 oz of cream cheese

🦀 1 can of crab meat

🦀 2 green onions

🦀 1/2 teaspoon of salt

🦀 2 cups of olive oil

1. Heat up oil in a deep skillet on medium heat.

2. Cut puff pastry into 4 inch squares.

3. Drain crab meat and then place in a medium bowl.

4. Mince green onions, add to bowl.

5. Mix in cream cheese and salt.

6. Add a dollop of crab mixture in middle of squares. You can fold them anyway you want but I made triangles.

7. Fry them in oil for 4-5 mins on each side.

Serve with sweet and sour sauce
