Crab Cakes 🦀

This decadent masterpiece is so easy to make!! Your guest will be begging for more!

You need..

🦀 2 eggs

🦀 1 cup plain panko

🦀 1 cup mayo

🦀 1 teaspoon salt

🦀 1 teaspoon black pepper

🦀 1/4 cup of olive oil

🦀 1 teaspoon franks red hot

🦀 1 medium white onion

🦀 8 oz fresh crab meat

🦀 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire

1. Heat up oil in a skillet on medium heat.

2. Whisk eggs in a big mixing bowl.

3. Add breadcrumbs, mayo, salt, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire to eggs. Mix well.

4. Clean and finely, finely chop onion. Add to mixture.

5. Drain crab. Add to the mixture and stir carefully. You don’t want to break up the crab to much.



6. Using a ice cream scooper, scoop mixture and pat to form a disc. Using the scooper helps ensure the crab cakes are similar in size.



7. Cook for 7-8 mins on both sides. Don’t flip them to much, you don’t want them breaking apart.




Serve with homemade tartar sauce and Cabbage slaw... recipes coming soon!
