Coffee Fluff

I’ve be missing my daily coffee run during this quarantine. So I wanted to come up with something that taste like a fancy coffee I would purchase.

You need...

☕️ 2 tablespoon of sugar

☕️ 2 tablespoon of instant coffee

☕️ 2 tablespoon of hot water

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl.

2. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2 minutes or until fluffy.

THATS IT!!

Enjoy as is Or do it my way. Fill a glass half way with cold or hot milk. Add half the fluff and stir. Add the rest on top and enjoy!

You can also use the mixture to frost angel food cake or brownies!
