Chicken Salad

Have left over chicken or need something quick to make, these sandwiches are easy lifesavers!

You need...

🍗 2 cooked chicken breast

🍗 1/4 of a cup chopped red grapes

🍗 2 celery stalks, chopped

🍗 1/4 of a cup chopped walnuts

🍗 2 Tablespoon of Mayo

🍗 1/2 teaspoon of salt

🍗 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper


1. Shred chicken breast and place in a bowl.

2. Clean and chop grapes and celery- place in same bowl.

3. Add mayo and seasoning. Stir til combined.

4. Add nuts- this optional


Serve on a croissant roll or lettuce wrap!
