Chicken Kebabs

Healthy and super easy dinner.

You will need... .

🧅Marinated cubed chicken

🧅skewers.

🧅1 cubed purple onion.

🧅1 cubed red pepper.

🧅1 cubed green pepper.

🧅 salt and pepper.

🧅 1/2 cup of olive oil.

🧅3 cloves of minced garlic.

🧅 Juice of 1/2 lemon.

1. Preheat the oven to 350.

2. Grab your skewers, make sure you soaked them in water first.

3. Cut up your onion and peppers— you can use whatever veggies you want. Just make sure they’re the same size as your chicken.

4. Make your skewers— you can do it any order you would like. Place finished skewers on a lined baking sheet.

5. Mix garlic, olive oil, lemon juice together in a bowl. Throw in a pinch of salt and pepper. Brush mixture over the skewers.

6. Bake for 35 mins, until chicken is cooked. I flipped mine 20 mins into the cooking time.
