Chicken Hibachi

One put dishes are my absolute favorite!


you need...


🍗 2 chicken breast

🍗 4 tablespoon of butter

🍗 2 tablespoon of olive oil

🍗 carton of mini mushrooms

🍗 2 garlic cloves

🍗 3 eggs

🍗 2 cups of brown rice

🍗 1 medium size yellow onion

🍗 1 medium size green pepper

🍗 1 teaspoon of salt

🍗 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper

🍗 3 cups of water


1. Heat up 2 tablespoon of butter and olive oil on medium heat in a skillet. 2. Wash and pat dry chicken breast.

3. Cut chicken into bite size pieces- I like to do 1 inch squares.

4. Cook in the warm skillet.

5. Clean and finely chop onion and green pepper.

6. Five minutes into the chicken cooking- add onion and pepper.

7. Mince garlic-Add garlic when onion becomes translucent.

8. Let flavors marinate for about two minutes.

9. Add rice. Brown for one minute.

10. Add water.

11. Cook and constantly stir til rice absorbs all the liquid.

12. While the rice is cooking; wash and slice mushrooms.

13. When the rice is pretty much cooked, add mushrooms.

14. Let cook for another 2-3 minutes.

15. Scramble eggs in a separate bowl with seasonings.

16. Add eggs to the skillet.Cook for another five minutes.

17. Add the rest of the butter before serving.



Best served with soy sauce!
