Perfect as a snack or to dip in a yummy soup.
You need...
🧀 1 box of puff pastry
🧀 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
🧀 1 egg
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with non- stick spray. 3. Sprinkle cheese over the puff pastry sheet.
4. Roll into a log.
5. Slice the log into 1 inch pieces and place on baking sheet.
6. Whisk egg in bowl and brush each pinwheel with the egg wash.
7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until lightly golden.
