Bruschetta


Who doesn’t like toasty buttery bread with a yummy topping?


you need...

🥖 1 French banquette

🥖 2 tablespoon of butter

🥖 2 medium size tomatoes

🥖 1/2 purple onion

🥖 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

🥖 2 medium size mozzarella cheese balls

🥖 1 tablespoon of olive oil

🥖 Handful of fresh dill

🥖 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

🥖 1/2 clove of garlic


1. Clean and chop both tomatoes and onion. Cube mozzarella balls. Place all three ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2. Mix in the Olive oil and salt. Put in the fridge.

3. Next, warm up skillet with butter.

4. Slice baguette into 1/2 inch slices.

5. Place in skillet and brown both sides (about 3 mins on each side).



6. Remove from skillet and grab garlic clove. Rub garlic on both sides of bread.

7. Place bread on a serving dish.

8. Clean and finely chop dill.

9. When your ready to serve, put a dollop of tomato mixture on bread slices. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and dill.
