Brownie Cookies

By far, ONE OF THE BEST COOKIES IVE EVER HAD! It’s a must try.


You need...

🍪 12 ounces of semi sweet chocolate

🍪 1 cup of packed brown sugar

🍪 1 cup of granulated sugar

🍪 1 stick of unsalted butter- room temperature

🍪 3 large eggs- room temperature

🍪 1 tablespoon of vanilla

🍪 2 cups of all purpose flour

🍪 1/2 cup of Dutch cocoa

🍪 1 teaspoon of baking powder

🍪 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

🍪 1/2 cup of any color sprinkles

🍪 Hershey kisses- optional


1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Lightly spray cooking spray on top.

3. Pour semisweet chocolate In a microwave safe bowl. Microwave til melted. Set aside so it can cool.

4. In a separate bowl: sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

5. Using a paddle attachment on a electric mixer, whip: sugars, butter and cooled chocolate.

6. Slowly add eggs one a time.

7. Add vanilla: whip til combined.

8. Put the mixer on slow, add dry ingredients carefully. Set aside.

9. Pour sprinkles in a separate bowl.

10. Using a mini ice cream scooper, scoop balls.

11. Roll balls in your hands to make them perfectly round and warm the outer.

12. Roll each balls in the sprinkles, make sure to coat all sides as best as possible.



13. Bake for 10 minutes.

14. Optional- let cookies cool for a few minutes and then press a Hershey kiss in the middle.
