Biscuits and Gravy


Who doesn’t like a little biscuits and gravy in their life? You need...

🍽 1 tube of Bob Evans sausage- you can use either mild or hot 🍽 1 tablespoon of olive oil

🍽 3 tablespoon of flour

🍽 2-3 cups of milk

🍽 1 teaspoon of ground pepper

🍽 1 teaspoon of salt

🍽 tube of Biscuits


1. Heat up skillet with olive oil.

2. Open tube of sausage and make mini patties out of them.

3. Cook patties about 3 mins on each side but this depends on the size of your patties.

4. Line a plate with paper towel. Remove sausage from skillet and place on the plate. The paper towel helps absorb extra oil on the patties.

5. Whisk flour into the skillet.

6. Cook the flour for about 4 mins. You want a light brown color.

7. Whisk in 2 cups of milk. If the sausage was really greasy then two cups is all you need. If not, use three cups.

8. Whisk it for about 5 mins, until the milk is hot and is the consistency you would like.

9. Remove from heat. Add salt and pepper. Then add the sausage.

10. Pop your biscuits in the oven and cook according to box instructions.

I like to garnish with a little thyme
