Baked White Fish🐟

Super easy, satisfying dish 😘.

You will need....

🐟5 pieces of small white fish, I used tilapia.

🐟About 1 cup of your favorite mayonnaise.

🐟2 tablespoon of lemon zest.

🐟salt and pepper.

🐟1 cup of plain Panko breadcrumbs.

1. Preheat the oven to 350.

2. Rinse and pat dry the fish.

3. Place fish on a lined baking sheet... season both sides with salt and pepper.

4. Spread a very light coat of mayonnaise on top of the fish. This helps lock in the flavor but also helps the breadcrumbs stick.

5. Sprinkle lemon zest on top of the mayo.

6. Next, Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. I do a pretty heavy amount but I love a good crunch.

7. Bake 15-20 minutes. This all depends on the size of fish. Just make sure you have a nice golden color on top.

8. Bon appetite 🐟.
