Peach Tart

This tart is beyond easy and so quick to make!

You need...


🍑 1 sheet of puff pastry

🍑 1/2 cup of apricot jam

🍑 Jar of peaches

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Place your puff pastry on a lined baking sheet. Make sure to lightly spray with cooking spray Before placing on baking sheet.

3. Using your best tools, your hands: pinch one inch pieces upward to form a border. Like so...


4. Using a fork lightly poke the dough. This helps the dough not rise to much. 5. Slice peaches rather thin and place in neat rows on the pastry. Make sure slices are similar in size.

6. Warm up the jam ( Don’t boil) and drizzle on top. I used a brush to help me distribute it better.




7, Bake for 17-20 mins, until the puff pastry border is golden brown
