Crab stuffed mushrooms

A super easy, decadent appetizer


You need ...

🦀 1 carton of white mushrooms

🦀 1 can of crab meat

🦀 8 oz of cream cheese- room temperature

🦀 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

🦀 1 tablespoon of panko breadcrumbs

🦀 1/2 teaspoon of salt

🦀 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper

🦀 2 green onions


1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Clean mushrooms and remove the stems.

3. Finely chop stems and place in a bowl.

4. Finely chops the green onions.

5. Drain crab meat.

6. Add cream cheese, mayo, green onions, crab, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs to bowl with mushroom stems. Mix everything really well.

7. Grab a baking pan and place mushrooms bottom side up. Fill each hole with a good amount of mixture (about 1 tablespoon). 8. I like to sprinkle a little more bread crumbs on top.

9. Bake for about 20 min- time depends on size of mushrooms.


I like to garnish mine with a little fresh dill on top and cherry tomatoes on the side for color.
