Veggie Couscous


A super light side dish that goes with everything. Soooo easy!!! So delicious!

you will need...

🥕2 cups of water.

🥕1 1/2 cup of couscous.

🥕 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

🥕 2 tablespoon of roasted vegetable seasoning.

🥕 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper.

🥕1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.


1. Bring water and oil to a boil in a skillet.

2. Add couscous.

3. Stir and bring back to a boil.

4. Once it starts boiling, cover and turn off the heat.

5. Let sit for five mins.

6. Fluff the couscous with a fork.

7. Stir in dry seasonings.

8. Enjoy!
