Squash-ini🥒

Trying to lose some of that baby fat I gained. So I’ve been cooking healthy, clean dishes. Enjoy!

🥒2 yellow squash.

🥒2 zucchini.

🥒olive oil.

🥒fresh dill.

🥒 salt and pepper.

🥒crushed red pepper.

.

1. Heat up about 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan.

2. Slice the squash and zucchini the same size to make it look neat. But also so it cooks at the same time.

3. Place the squash and zucchini in the pan. Season one side with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cook for five mins on the one side and then flip to other.

5. Season the other side and cover the pan. Cook for another 5 mins.

6. One min left- Cut up some fresh dill and sprinkle on top. This adds a fresh taste to it. And then sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top. This of course is optional but I like a little heat.

7. Enjoy!! .

This is a super fast side dish that pairs with any main course.
