Kidney Bean Salad


Something easy, quick and yummy. My go to side dish. And this can also be turned into a vegan dish. .

You need...

đŸ„—2 cans of dark red kidney beans.

đŸ„—1 cup of chopped crunchy pickles.

đŸ„—1/4 to 1/2 cup of chopped white onion- depends on how much you like.

đŸ„—1 tablespoon of mayo (you can use vegan mayo).

đŸ„—salt and pepper.

1. Drain kidney beans and then place in a big bowl.

2. Chop up pickles and onions. I leave the pickles kinda choppy, while finely chopping the onions.

3. Add the mayo, salt and pepper. Stir.

4. Keep in the fridge til your ready to serve it. Just stir it one more time so everything is mixed well.
